A begining... As you explore our site you are probably asking yourself why would I want to partner with this company? what's in it for ME? Well I hope we can answer this and more.
Foamcarver was started a little over three years ago to custom cut architectural trim, props, signage and more. Over the course of time we have found unique ways to coat, cut and model our products.
We have invested in state of the art equipment and software, as we are always trying to find new ways to make our products better and more cost effective for our customers.
We have developed several formulations for Cast Stone, Cultured Marble, Spray Granites and many other types of cast formulations and we are looking to move forward in these areas, so to do this we need good people, who are motivated, have a strong desire to succeed, are able to take direction, work as a team to help the team achieve our overall goals, and also be willing to learn all aspects of their selected opportunity.
We have put together formulations, equipment, strategies, front office, back office, office support, marketing, workspace, design team, IT support, website, and a host of other support, so all you have to do to get started is to jump in learn to how use the systems that make your selected opportunity viable and move it to the next level selling your products to our customers.
As you look over the opportunities and find one that you would be interested in developing further, you will see also that there is an investment in each of our opportunities, this investment is your buy in to that particular opportunity we only need one partner for each of our manufacturing opportunities.
The investment is our way to weed out the curious and the unmotivated. If you decide on an opportunity and are selected for that opportunity, but find that after you come on board you don't feel comfortable and it is not your cup of tea, we will refund your money, its not the money we are after, its your desire and motivation to make a profitable business out of your chosen opportunity, so if that desire and motivation is not there, then it does neither you nor the team any good. All that we ask is you give us time to fill your spot with a new-motivated partner.
You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and non-compete agreement as the information you will be getting are trade secrets and is sensitive to our business. We will be using an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) as our legal form of doing business here in the state of Minnesota.
We have accounting systems in place to track orders, invoicing, customers and all systems needed to keep our books and business in order. We will also have in place Credit Card Processing and more.
